Our Story
NCP10X was born from a simple observation:
Most businesses know they should be using AI—but very few know how to do it in a way that actually improves their operations, profitability, and customer experience.
NCP10X was created to close that gap. Before he was helping companies modernize with AI, NCP10X founder Greg Hood was serving his country. Greg began his professional journey as a Communications Specialist in the United States Army, where he served during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. During his service, he worked with digital communications networks, computer programming and early model operating systems.
After completing his military service, Greg shifted from military communications to civilian digital infrastructure. In his IT support roles he worked as a web developer and network support specialist for educational institutions and nonprofit organizations.
After 21 years of working in educational and non-profit IT support, Greg launched and NCP10X as a small business support company 2020.

As artificial intelligence began reshaping the way we work, our staff noticed a pattern:
