NCP10X founder, Greg Hood has spent more than 30 years helping people understand and use complex systems, from Army satellite communications to classroom technology to AI-powered automations. Today he brings that experience to one job: helping non‑technical leaders put AI to work in their business.

Military and communications

Greg served in the United States Army with the 151st Signal Battalion as a Multi-Channel Communications Specialist, trained at the Army Signal School at Fort Gordon in network design, satellite systems, and multi-system communications. He supported the 82nd Airborne Division with radio, cable, and satellite communications, and provided communications support to local, regional, and federal agencies during state emergencies. He also served as an Army National Guard Personnel Recruiter and Physical Training Cadre.

Technology

For 18 years Greg served as an Educational Technology Specialist, building his school's first website and social media platforms, evaluating digital tools and platforms, and serving as the link between faculty and technology teams.

Leadership development

Greg has designed and delivered workshops, coaching, and professional development for faculty and staff. In operations and human resources roles he supervised a 35-person logistics team, managed more than 185 employees across five production shifts, and built employee policies, onboarding, and compliance training for a growing healthcare practice.

AI integration

Since 2024 Greg has led AI integration at NCP10X: designing LLM-powered and agentic workflows with tools like Claude and OpenAI, connecting business systems through APIs, building custom dashboards, and deploying automations that run every day in real businesses.
