Sr. Business Analyst
Greg Hood is the Founder and Sr. Business Analyst at NCP10X, an AI integration and automation consultancy focused on helping organizations improve productivity, streamline operations, and adopt emerging technology with clarity and purpose. With a career spanning education, military service, admissions, diversity leadership, human resources, logistics, and business consulting, Greg brings a rare cross-functional perspective to organizational growth and transformation.
A graduate of Clemson University, Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management while competing as a two-sport athlete in football and track & field. During that same period, he served in the U.S. Army National Guard as a combat communications specialist and recruiter, building the discipline, adaptability, and mission-oriented leadership that continue to shape his professional approach.
Greg began his career in independent school education, where he served as a teacher, coach, webmaster, and later Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Christ Church Episcopal School. In those roles, he helped lead student recruitment, launched leadership initiatives, built digital infrastructure, and contributed to statewide and national conversations around access, inclusion, and educational opportunity.
Over the course of his career, Greg has repeatedly stepped into roles requiring structure, innovation, and trust-building leadership. He has founded and led student-athlete development programs, managed recruiting and HR initiatives, supported operational improvement in private business, and helped organizations align people, process, and technology for stronger performance.
Today, through NCP10X, Greg works with businesses and mission-driven organizations to implement practical AI solutions that enhance workflow efficiency, strengthen communication, and support smarter decision-making. His work is grounded in service, integrity, and a long-standing commitment to helping people and organizations move forward with confidence.
