Strategic AI Consultant
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Greenville, SC)
Type: Full-time
About the Role
As a Strategic AI Consultant, you’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy and AI implementation. You’ll work directly with founders, executives, and small business teams to understand their goals, diagnose their challenges, and design AI-enabled solutions that improve operations, decision-making, and growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery sessions to understand a client’s business model, processes, and pain points
Identify high-impact AI use cases and prioritize them into phased roadmaps
Design AI-driven workflows for areas like marketing, operations, HR, customer support, and finance
Translate complex AI concepts into clear, non-technical language for clients
Collaborate with our integration and development teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with strategy
Track and report on project outcomes, optimizations, and ROI
What You Bring
3+ years in strategy consulting, product, operations, or a similar client-facing role
Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation platforms, chatbots) and their business applications
Ability to map out processes and think in systems, not just tasks
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
Comfort working with founders and small teams in dynamic environments

AI Integration & Automation Engineer
Location: Remote (Scottsdale, AZ)
Type: Full-time
About the Role
As an AI Integration & Automation Engineer, you turn strategy into working systems. You’ll design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows, integrations, and automations that connect our clients’ tools, data, and processes into a cohesive whole.
What You’ll Do
Design and build AI workflows using tools like APIs, automation platforms, and custom scripts
Integrate AI models (e.g., language models, classification models) into client systems and apps
Connect CRMs, websites, internal tools, and databases to create seamless automations
Work closely with Strategic AI Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Test, monitor, and refine automations to ensure reliability, performance, and security
Document systems clearly so clients can understand and maintain them over time
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or technical integration
Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n, custom workflows)
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms (OpenAI, vector databases, etc.)
Comfortable working with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on stability, scalability, and maintainability

Business Implementation & Client Success Lead
Location: Remote (Allentown, PA)
Type: Full-time
About the Role
As a Business Implementation & Client Success Lead, you’ll guide clients through the rollout of their AI-driven strategies, systems, and tools. You’re part project manager, part trainer, and part trusted advisor—making sure what we build gets adopted, used, and refined over time.
What You’ll Do
Manage onboarding and implementation for new client projects
Create rollout plans for AI tools, automated workflows, and new business processes
Train client teams on how to use new systems, tools, and AI workflows in their day-to-day work
Gather feedback, measure adoption, and identify opportunities for optimization
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after launch
Work with internal teams to prioritize updates, enhancements, and new initiatives
What You Bring
3+ years in client success, project management, business operations, or implementation
Experience working with digital tools and platforms (CRMs, project management, AI tools, etc.)
Strong people skills—you’re patient, clear, and supportive when guiding change
Ability to translate technical features into practical benefits and use cases
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients and timeline
