Goal: Get a single key project structured, de-risked, and ready to execute with clarity.

Ideal for: Small businesses or teams launching an important project for the first time or trying to “do it right” this time.

Outcomes / Deliverables

Project Clarity & Scope

  • Defined project goals, success metrics, and constraints

  • Detailed Project Charter (scope, objectives, stakeholders, assumptions)2

Execution Blueprint

  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) or task list with owners and due dates

  • High-level timeline / Gantt-style plan

  • Defined RACI (who’s Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed)

Risk & Issues Management

  • Risk register with probability/impact ratings

  • Initial mitigation and contingency plans

  • Escalation paths & decision rights

Governance & Cadence

  • Recommended meeting cadence and agendas (weekly standup, steering check-in, etc.)

  • Basic reporting template (1-page status report/dashboard)

Handover & Quick Coaching

  • 1–2 live working sessions with the internal project lead

  • Handover packet so the internal team can run with the plan

Tier 2 – Project Delivery & Control

Investment: Fixed-fee: $18,500

Ideal for: Growing businesses that need to move from “experimenting” to operational AI in workflows.

Goal: Not just set up the project, but actively guide it through execution to deliver on time and within scope.

Ideal for: Companies with a high-stakes project (launch, expansion, system implementation, acquisition integration, etc.) that want a dedicated project leader.

Outcomes / Deliverables:

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

Active Project Management

  1. You acting as fractional Project Manager or co-PM

  2. Running or co-facilitating key meetings (kickoff, weekly status, milestone reviews)

  3. Managing tasks, dependencies, and follow-up

Progress Tracking & Reporting

  1. Live, working project tracker (spreadsheet or basic tool setup)

  2. Weekly or bi-weekly status reports to leadership

  3. Clear visibility into schedule, risks, and blockers

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  1. Alignment of internal teams (Ops, Finance, Marketing, IT, etc.)

  2. Coordination with vendors/partners (contracts, timelines, responsibilities)

Change & Issue Management

Investment: Fixed-fee: $45,000+ per project - (Scale and complexity priced up from here.)

Ideal for: Growing companies running several projects at once, or leaders wanting to professionalize how projects are chosen and run (light PMO).

Includes key elements from Tiers 1 & 2, plus:

Portfolio Assessment & Roadmap

  1. Review of all current & planned projects

  2. Prioritized 12-month project portfolio roadmap (what to do, in what order, and why)

  3. Capacity view (what can realistically be done with current resources)

Governance & Operating Model

  1. Defined project governance structure (steering committee, decision rights, roles)

  2. Standard approval/authorization process (from idea → business case → greenlight)

  3. Criteria for project selection (ROI, risk, strategic fit)

PMO Lite / Project System Design

  1. Core PM playbook (how the org runs projects, step-by-step)

  2. Standard template suite:

  3. Light tooling setup (e.g., ClickUp/Asana/Trello/Sheets) tailored to their size

Capability Building & Training
